Banana Republic Navy & White Striped Dress Size XS

Gorgeous navy blue and white striped dress with short sleeves that are a bit longer. Comes without the belt (you could add your own or seamlessly cut the ties off all-together). Is cotton and super soft. Excellent used condition, almost new. Length is probably a bit longer than mini (or at least not super mini). Preppy and adorable dress for any season!
