Brand new with tags. White & navy dress by Abody. white portion is a stretchy lace & only arms are sheer, bodice is fully lined. 3/4th length sleeves. Empire waist with nice soft flow to the navy skirt bottom, compiled of 3 layers. Satin Like on top & cotton like underneath. Size L but fits like a M to S.
