I’m really upset with you, I received 9 tems from you that either had paper with nothing in it, little bags with nothing in it and what were really disappointed with were high respect is the large bag that was empty. You r suppose to has a great rep, I’ve paid you a lot of money for to get items for my 5 girls and me. I have received half of of what I paid, I’m so sad n disappointed in. Lyn

The second order you placed the other day I cancelled for you because you paid full price and got upset so I cancelled that order and made you a custom listing at a discounted price, but you never responded. I am shocked that you would EVER say what you did.

@miss_cinderella There are things sellers and buyers can't control. Once the package leaves a seller's possession, we trust that USPS employs folks who won't mess with our mail. Some bad apples do steal from mail (like $ from holiday greeting cards and some or all items in packages).

@miss_cinderella When nothing goes wrong with USPS, we still have to trust the public after the package is out of USPS control. Like, if buyers don't have locked mailboxes or if packages are too big such that USPS has to leave them at the front door, then any random person can open the package to take what they want before the buyer gets home.

@luvlabelsxoxo I just always trust that people will be honest and especially after I make it my goal for my poshers to have an amazing experience shopping my closet, to have something like this just threw me for a loop. Tbh it's made me not even really posh the past couple of days, which is sad. Thank you again for the encouraging words, I appreciate it so much!

@miss_cinderella You're welcome. Don't let this hiccup get you down. She could've communicated with you in a less confrontational way. By assuming you were at fault, her being on the offense automatically put you in defense mode. One has to suss out facts first to remedy the situation.

I'm so proud you gave me more insight because that is just unbelievable how people will open packages and steal out of them. I've never had that happen so it's not something that has ever crossed my mind. Thank you again so much for all of your kind words, I appreciate it more than you know.

@miss_cinderella No problem. There's actually a popular doorbell (RING doorbell) that has video capability. Comes in handy to catch people (porch pirates) who steal packages left at your door.

@miss_cinderella BTW, thanks for sharing my listings. Hopefully, sales will roll in so I can replenish my PM funds. Last night's shopping spree (it's my b-day next month) tapped me out. The Posher from whom I bought had her Gucci bag stolen when her buyer claimed she hadn't received the bag. Then the buyer listed said Gucci bag (same serial number) on her own PM page! People can be so awful.

@miss_cinderella It's true. My seller has a page devoted to warning folks about this bad Posher. I'm surprised the bad Posher hasn't been banned from using PM. My seller is the sweetest woman...single mom Poshing to feed her kids and to raise funds for her aunt's cancer surgery.

If someone tries to screw me over like what happened to my seller, I'd file a police report, pay an in-person visit to the buyer to demand satisfaction, and get her kicked off of PM. My earrings and heels would have to come off for the battle! 😤
