This dress is pretty crazy. It’s ruched and not tight but conforms to body. The one sleeve is drapey and there is ruching on shoulder as well as about 6 inches down the off shoulder side. It’s soft and comfy so you feel like you’re wearing your fave shirt but you look like fashionista!
