NWOT size 40 Dune warm brown mid-calf boots

NWOT size 40 (label says 40, but I'm a size 9.5 and they are a bit tight on me). Dune London warm brown mid-calf boots. Purchased in the UK, but never worn as they were a bit too small. There are some small scratches on the boots, but purchased that way (I believe they can be cleaned up with some leather cleaner). Great quality and lovely color. Will be perfect for fall! Shaft height: 11.5”; shaft width: 6”. Offers are welcome 
