2ndstaronrite @christinecoulte I would say it is true to an XS size. When laid flat the bust measures approximately 14 inches- so 28 inches in circumference. The top has an thick elastic band and has a LOT of give. I would say it would comfortably go up to a 32 inch circumference maybe more. The molded cups measure 5 inches from the empire waistband to the top edge. For reference, my mannequin's bust measures 37 inches and the dress fit her to a T. I also have a Pocahontas coin purse!
