mllangel14 Hi there! I ordered a vintage, short green dress 8 days ago and I saw it was returned to sender. I'm very anxious to get this package and I was wondering if you knew why it was returned and how quickly you can get it back to me. Thank you!

cbinns0 @mllangel14 Hi! I’m not sure why it was returned to me. I saw it a few days ago that the dress was being sent back to me. Sometimes it happens when there’s no place to deliver it. I’ve had this happen in the past that the ladies mailbox was too full and the PO wouldn’t redeliver so they just sent it back.

cbinns0 @mllangel14 The buyer did have to contact poshmark under the order section and requested it to be sent back to them. I got a new shipping label and sent it back out and everything worked out. I can reach out to Poshmark and see if they will give me a new label if you still want the dress.

cbinns0 @mllangel14 i just emailed poshmark about getting me a new shipping label. I’ll let you know what the response is as soon as they get back to me. I suggest you reach out to them too- that way they are aware you are still interested in receiving the dress. Sorry for all the troubles!

cbinns0 @mllangel14 hey! I just got the dress back. Poshmark was going to email you and verify your address- let me know if you still want it and they’ll send me a new label. Btw- the label said insufficient address- so maybe there’s an error in a number that was input. Let me know!
