@anawesomedeal My best answer would be to take the measurements provided and compare them to an item you know fits how you like it to. For me to answer "how loose is just my opinion as someones idea of 'loose' can vary from what another thinks is loose. Strictly speaking from my own opinion, as stated above, I do not think this style is fitted. INC brand runs true to size and this fabric has a lot of stretch to it. Thanks for your questions.
