angieposhienyc Yes all the zippers work, the coat is about 6 years old but I only wore it maybe 5 times if that much.

bjm2414 Sorry to pull my counter offer but my alterations person said it would be about $35 to shorten the jacket - I am 5'4". I even bought a beautiful Irish wool scarf to wear with it! Thanks anyway. It's a great coat.
