sydstephens859 @idastephan Overall my shoes look great! They were for a great price as well, so I thank you so much for that! However, I had an expected delivery date for Wednesday and the shoes actually came today (Friday). For it being my first time ordering from Posh, it was a bit nerve wracking. I wasn’t sure if I would ever get the shoes. I know it probably has nothing to do with your services, but the shipping was off.

idastephan @sydstephens859 thank you for your feedback, I know the shipping was supposed to be 2 days priority mail l but usps took longer maybe because of thanksgiving , I have no control over usps speed of delivery, you bought the shoes on Saturday and I shipped them first thing the following Monday. I am happy that you like the shoes, my goal is for you to be 100% satisfied. I am disappointed that I have to take the hit with my rating based on usps performance and not mine
