meg_cloud @kristinduke @bossgirliear @csimms68 if you’re interested, have questions, want more measurements, want to make an offer, whatever, just let me know. I won’t be wearing the dress again so it’s just taking up space, & I’d love for someone else to look stunning in it. ☺️

kristinduke @neur0n How tall are you and were you wearing heels? I'd have to have it taken in to a 0 but this is my dream dress and I settled for another one that was $100 because it's what I could afford but it doesn't make me happy :(

meg_cloud @kristinduke I do understand that situation! I’m 5’4” and wore 1.5” heels. I was a 34B/32C & this dress does not need a bra. Any other questions I can answer, just let me know!

kristinduke @neur0n omg how perfect. I’m 5”5 and wearing keds and a 32C. I put in an offer on another one but if that doesn’t go through and I can gather some more cash I’d love to be able to wear this dress for my wedding 😍

meg_cloud @kristinduke wow no kidding, perfect! If you do end up not purchasing another dress, don’t be embarrassed to make an offer on this one. I have a “minimum” in mind but would work with someone who really wants to dominate this amazing dress!

kristinduke @neur0n oh that would be simply amazing! Off topic but now I’m wondering what the tattoo on your back is?!

meg_cloud @kristinduke it is nothing to be proud of, as the original “artist” changed it up on me while he was doing the tattoo!!! 😩 But let’s just say I have plans to turn it into a tribal-style dragon, which shouldn’t be too far a stretch from the weird tribal “design” it currently sports...

kristinduke @neur0n oh I understand that. I had a piece that was in between my shoulder blades and hated it... now I have an even larger piece that I LOVE covering it!

meg_cloud @kristinduke sweet! Good tattoo artist are worth the time/cost, I firmly believe. I’m hoping this dragon design will make its way over my shoulder, as a kind of compromise with my tattoo-virgin husband who shudders at the thought of me with a full sleeve. 🤣

kristinduke @neur0n my back piece goes a quarter of the way down my arms and I now have a half sleeve 🤪 my fiancé’s only request about my wedding dress is that I don’t cover my back piece

meg_cloud @kristinduke awww that fiancé sounds like a keeper! 😉 January weddings are awesome because it gives you something to look forward to after all the holiday shenanigans die down! I hope you feel like the lovely, confident, badass bride you are. Tbh, a good groom will make that happen regardless of the dress, but damn if the right dress doesn’t help!

meg_cloud @dakotadani I swapped in some new pics— take a look when you can!
Oct 30Reply

meg_cloud @dakotadani there’s a layer of tulle in the skirt, which is sort of depicted in the photo of the dress laid out fully across the bed (you see a bump in the middle— the tulle is medium weight & gives good structure without being very bulky).

dakotadani Iam 5'8 same bust and around 125 130lbs think it would still drag the floor and fit?
May 13Reply
meg_cloud
meg_cloud @dakotadani I think if you wore flats, it would brush the floor but show the front of your shoes when you stepped forward. If you have a good seamstress, I’m positive they could do some adjustment if you wanted it 1/2-1 in longer. Good seamstresses are amazing & know all the tricks.
