courrtxo @thepaumeenan no. but I’ve emailed customer support twice & they keep saying the same thing. that it’s a preorder item and preorder items take 2-3 weeks to ship, then another week to get. I’m at 2 1/2 weeks right now since my order was placed. 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s very annoying tho.

courrtxo @thepaumeenan how did you hear about a production delay? I emailed them again and they just keep saying “unfortunately, we don’t have an estimated ship time but rest assured we are shipping items out as soon as possible.” And that’s basically it.

courrtxo @thepaumeenan same, girl. and this last email I just sent tonight I was kind of getting an attitude. like, I understand and delays or preorders, but when they keep telling me they don’t have a clue, I bought a few diff sweatshirts, so that’s a lot of money to spend to “not have a clue” what’s going on. lol, hopefully we hear some good news soon!
