jenniferjune1 @glitzy_rabbit Do you still have the stone so I can try to fix it if you return it? We can also contact Poshmark to see if they have insurance to cover this since it happened in mailing. You pick what you'd prefer.

I put your necklace in a bubble mailer with bubble wrap in the necklace box in hopes it would be fine, but mailing can be rough If you still have the stone, I'm happy to try to fix it upon return. If you don't have the stone or want to see if it's covered by insurance, let me know how I can help. I'm happy to do whatever makes this work out best for you. :)

jenniferjune1 @glitzy_rabbit I only have this last one up for sale and it’s priced higher since it is the last one. They don’t make them anymore in this style. I purchased them directly from the wholesaler for my boutique in August of 2018. Is the stone repairable? I can happily switch these out if I can repair it. If not, I can try to contact the wholesaler to see if they can repair it

jenniferjune1 @glitzy_rabbit Let’s see if Poshmark can reimburse you. Both of us messaged them and I’ve seen them successfully insure a damaged mailing once in the past. The post office admitted damage in transit. If not, let’s see a photo so I can figure out how best to repair so we can make it right. There is a nice craft glue I’ve used for ornaments that would bond to metal & that might be an option.
