thetweedfox Hi Twanda I just saw your 1-star review that you left me regarding the NIB Steve Madden espadrilles. I’m very sorry that the shoes were damaged. As you can see from my pictures there was no damage at the time and they were double checked before being shipped. I am a 5-star seller on over 500+ items and would not knowingly send you a damaged product. I’m not sure what happened in this case.

thetweedfox If you can start the refund process through Poshmark and provide pictures, I will be more than happy to agree to a refund. I’m not sure if Poshmark will allow you to start a refund given the amount of time that has passed. I really would like to resolve this situation for you as I believe in providing excellent customer service and do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience.
