Are these long fringes from top to bottom of the dress?

@bexeee hello! I’m sorry but I won’t be with my inventory until Monday and I am not positive. I think that the top is a long layer but then the bottom goes longer. Sorry to not be of more help at the moment

@bexeee hey! Thanks for being so patient. So there are two tiers of fringe, one at the top that go all the way down to the hem of the dress and then there is a diagonal seam that has the bottom layer over fringe that goes the length below the seam. Hope that helps! I posted some pics to try and show it
