@jillfg51 Hi Jill, the waist measurement on a small is 28". I can provide the measurement from the top of shoulder to the bottom of the V this evening. A low cut bra will work for this type of style.

Yes, the material is a little stretchy. It contains 10% spandex. It is not extremely stretchy. I understand your concern, I am a conservative dresser as well. My suggestion would be to pin the material underneath if you are concerned with the cut. ☺
