sarajjj @mjt_attire if you are a size 9.5 you need the size 10 because you want to wear socks. The size 9 will be small since you are a 9.5. Size 10 will fit perfectly and confortable. 💕

They are not too shiny, just normal vegan leather look. The heel is very comfortable because it's not too high. You can walk hours on these!! Hope that helps.
