Lovely polka dot dress. I had in several colors and love this dress. Worn a couple of times. No holes, stains or snags. Has a ruffle front with a couple of buttons (needs to be ironed). Has a small tule ruffle around bottom, on inside of skirt. Measurement of length, along with waist unstretched and stretched.
