Forever 21 ScoopNeck White Peplum Back Shirt

This is a very unique looking shirt. It’s a scoop neck with cute cap sleeves. On the front it appears to be loose fitting at the bottom but in the back it is pelum style with top lace detail in the back. I think if you took the tag off you could wear it backwards too for a whole new look! No rips, tears, stains or pilling, from a pet and smoke free home. Brand new condition.
