The only way I know to describe these pants is OH SO COOL..... they remind me of the 60’s and 70’s when our pants weren’t just flared they were “BELL BOTTOMS”. However, these fun pants happen to be brand spanking new with the tags 🏷. They are a medium and the brand is bar III. I have these in different sizes. ARE YOU COOL ENOUGH TO ROCK THESE BELL BOTTOMS??? 🌺

milresalg1 Hi, sorry it took so long to get back to you. The waist is s wide elastic band. You definitely can’t tell that from the outside. The mediums, just laying flat with no stretch at all are 28”. There could easily be a few inches added with the stretch. I do have other sizes i this one doesn’t work. I think these are my all time favorite pants. I won’t part with the pair in my size. Super cute!

milresalg1 @amyjoanne hi, the XL fits me comfortably and my waist size is 38. I do have to use some of the stretch but the large is to small. I hope that helps 😊

milresalg1 @amyjoanne I just measured both. The large is 30” just laying flat with no stretch. The XL IS 34” laying the same way. So, it looks like I use about 4” of the stretch and they are very comfortable and look very nice. I would think the large would be perfect for you. You would only be using 3” of the stretch. I don’t have a med. but don’t think that would be the right size for you anyway 😊
