🦋Cute blue ombre stretch top with short sleeves🦋

Adorable top with ruffles, blue ombre/tie-dye look with. Short sleeves. Cannot find fabric content, but washes up nicely in cold water.Has a little bit of give or stretch, But bounces right back. Very good used condition. Pit to pit measures about 23 inches, shoulder to hem measures about 28 inches. Pretty shades of blue. The only defects I find are 3 tiny runs in the back, right below the neck. See the last photo for this. (I don’t think they’re going to get any bigger.) Fits like 2X
