Absolutely incredible vintage 90s dress by Jump Apparel in insanely good condition for being almost 30 years old! Beautiful high neck and gorgeous open back with tie. Ends of ties are slightly frayed. The velvet is immaculate and wonderfully soft and touchable with just the right amount of shimmer from the silver accents. This dress can honestly be worn casually or as a formal option. I am 5’3” and it the hem touches the top of my feet. Marked as a 3/4, I am listing as a small.
