rougelips @marivic12 Thank you for your interest! When the garment is on a flat surface, the chest across (pit to pit) measures 17.5". The waist across is 15". Therefore, to calculate the circumference you'd multiply the numbers by two, which is 35" and 30" respectively. Hope that helps. Thank you.

rougelips @molly1duffy2 thank you for your question! It is average , I’d say. It’s not as stiff as the thick Levi’s for example, but it’s not as thin and elastic as the capris you have added. Somewhere in between, it has a slight stretch.
