It has a light sheer fabric with a white polyester fabric lining underneath, full coverage lining and full length of blouse. It ties around in back creating an accentuated bust area that is still office friendly. It does stretch, and when laying flat measurements are: across front at bottom of armpit 25", across where the ties go 24", top of back neck to bottom hem 27", V neck seam 9".
