styledbylhei @jillianbell05 the money goes to the “pending” under your balance. once you ship the item, and the buyer is satisfied with her order, she will accept the item, that’s when you’ll get the money. it will be under the “Redeemable” in your balance.

styledbylhei As per shipping it, go to your email, print the shipping label, get one of the Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes in USPS, they’re all free! feel free to get any. Put the item inside, tape the shipping label on the top, and drop it off at the usps. you don’t need to line up anymore, because this is prepaid. just drop it off! hope that helps! :)
