Dress by Forever 21

This dress by Forever 21 is a size small and has a beautiful blue and white floral print. The straps are at least an inch wide which is nice and has a sweetheart design on top. Measurements laying flat are: Armpit to armpit:15in. Waist:13in. Stretches to 15in Waist to hem:18in. Length from Shoulder:32.5in No belt loops on dress. Belt not with purchase. Easy wash and wear dress. Half the time I never ironed it if I caught it quickly out of the dryer. Great dress in excellent condition Enjoy!
