Francesca’s Plaid Blouse

Only been worn once! In great condition. Wrinkly from a move but no damage or wear. Has a peplum-like bottom that is a little higher in the front than in the back. Very soft material and cute color. Perfect for fall weather. Has a V neck line and a collar. Has cuffs on sleeves with buttons. Sleeves can be rolled up or down. Brand is Harper but purchased from Francesca’s. Color is a burgundy plaid.
