lostindrawers32 We made sure to wrap the hat really safely. I’ve sent several hats to people and never once had an issue. If it’s the shipping or post office, we need to file a claim. Giving a one star review for me when it’s the shipping, I don’t like and it hurts my Poshmark. So if you would like a refund and change your rating. We need to refund change rating and file a claim for the USPS.
