sarahprasser You can offer me a discount on 4 rings I actually DO want but you can’t return my messages to cancel the transaction for the one I mistakenly ordered? I contacted you immediately, days before you shipped the ring and even explained that I would be purchasing other rings. You could have credited my account and sold 3 additional rings. I wasn’t even asking for a refund! Clearly you check Poshmark. What was so difficult about returning one of my messages? Sarah
