Hello there. I hope you had a great holiday season!! Happy New Year. I purchased a Sharpa jacket from you. I received in time for Christmas, however, the first time she went to wear it over New Year’s, we discovered a hole in the arm.😞 I tried seeing if I could contact you privately, but I’m not very familiar with how to work this site. I had it monogrammed already, not realizing it was defective. Do you offer a warranty on this? Thanks in advance.

@claudiam910 hi no warranty. The rules of Poshmark are buyers need to inspect the item before accepting it. I am so sorry about that. I always inspect things before shipping but sometimes I miss things. The only thing I can offer you is a good discount on anything else you purchase. Can it be sewn?

@pgswag_fashion Thanks for the info. We’ll have to make it work I suppose. With the material being fluffy, it’s difficult to see. She discovered it when putting it on for the first time after being monogrammed by my friend. I don’t ever turn things inside out to inspect. That’s the only way this would have been caught. Lesson learned. Thanks!

@lsladek73 what are you talking about !! Read Poshmark rules first off !! It’s their terms! Rare that I send anything out with damage. Look at my reviews! It happens now n then tho. You can return anything if you see damage at all. Second these Sherpa tops are a best seller 5 star review item. Inappropriate the comment you made !!!
