@dawnsimpson_ Hi! I just inspected and posted four new pics of the handles in their upright position as well as folded back, one handle does have some separating that’s visible when folded backwards.

@eydiec I hate that about these bags. I bought a gray one and love it but I was going to give it to my daughter for clinicals. It’s a perfect bag but they all seem to have the strap issues. I’m sure the one I bought will in time.
