gigioscloset @marystohr hello, no he never did. He kept wanting me to call him and leaving his phone number on multiple listings of mine. He was saying things in Spanish that I could t understand and I kept writing back but this didn’t do much to calm him down. He left the one star rating and never corrected it. I was very disappointed but it is what it is. Part of being a Seller I guess.

gigioscloset @marystohr there are people that will rate you badly for no good reason. I’ve had a few very odd experiences with bad ratings that were given to me very unfairly but overall most people are really nice and very eager to be kind so we have to just know that some people will not be happy no matter what and just accept that and not take it personally. Hard to do but it’s a must. Luckily Poshmark shows love notes only (the people that have given you 5 stars and commented).

marystohr @gigioscloset I had kind of figured that out already. I got a bit today. I sold a nice pair of gel heeled sneakers that delivered and rated today. They were nice but not high end brand. I got a five star rating but a note saying that all of the stripes were not exactly the same color hue and I should have stated in description. I never even noticed. Oh yeh, it was a $13 pair of sneakers. Lol. Have a great day it’s all good.

gigioscloset @marystohr one time I got a one star rating because the buyer hadn’t received her package and refused to look for it. She was so angry with me, lashing out and saying she never got a tracking number. It eventually ended up being with the doorman of her building but she never changed her rating. It’s because of cases like this that I have a 4.9 star rating and not 5. 🤦‍♀️

If that gals building has a doorman she must appreciate nicer things and many people want homes with doormen because of pkg delivery as well as security. Who else would have your pkg if you were out?

Going to be listing more merchandise women’s and young ladies and then boys clothing as well. Just starting 2 new classes again tomorrow and work on top of it in Home Healthcare. Have read the 6 tips to listings items and closet clearing out. Reason I bought a lot of new stuff to wear now. How do you post shoes and know if it’s a good item to post ?

gigioscloset @rachelgrumbe260 once you make a sale you will get a notification on the app and an email. The email will include your shipping label and directions on how to mail your item. Keep listing, it’s the best way to make sales. Shoes go under the category of shoes, make sure to describe any wear or defects in the description.

Everyone has slow sales sometimes BTW, it’s a normal part of reselling but if you consistently list new items you sales will eventually pick up.

Try sharing during the last party of the day- That party includes all brands and see if that will work. The kids party should allow you to share all kids items as well

gammiexoxo I bought the Timberland Kiri sneaker boot. It is of subpar construction for any shoe but especially this brand. Hard stiff and has fold on tongue attached to metal eyelets that hurts top of foot making these just not wearable. Can feel the metal on inside of shoe rubbing foot. I cannot take risk of reselling these for the reasons stated. Sold a defective shoe or these are of terrible construction. Either way seller refused to help.

I didn’t even comment on the case you opened so their decision had nothing to do with me. I don’t have the ability to generate a label for a return or refund funds. Everything goes through Poshmark- payments, shipping etc. I’m sorry that you feel that the shoes are uncomfortable but that is something I have no control over.

You could have contacted posh to let them know you were willing to offer an exchange for another pair or a refund for a defective shoe. You not commenting let posh know, no refund, rather than ok’g one. You can give me the courtesy of believing what Im telling you about the shoe and open a case with posh for an exchange or refund.

gigioscloset @cberkey if she hasn’t shipped eventually you can cancel the transaction and Poshmark will refund your money (I believe it’s 7 days after your purchase). She doesn’t actually get paid until you receive your purchase. The money is held by Poshmark.

The only reason some people might find them to run small is if they are expecting them to run big like an average UGG boot. I’ve sold a bunch of them and no one has had an issue with size. jkdesigns Hello. I earned enough to buy the boots this weekend. I wanted to let you know, I read how to size Ugg’s by measuring the foot and I need an 8, not a 9. It said the wool eventually packs down and they would be too too roomy later. Do you agree? My foot measures a little over 8.5”. I want to be sure to get the right size.

The pictures of the listing were taken last year and had sold out and I then restocked them recently without realising that the back logo wasn’t there on this seasons version. gigioscloset @gskherha84 hello, sorry to hear that. The boots you ordered are sheepskin and the only one I have in size 5 are suede. They do not fit the same way , UGG suede boots run smaller than the sheepskin UGGs do. Poshmark doesn’t support exchanges so they are impossible to do. Sellers don’t have the ability to generate shipping labels without Poshmark.
