Very flattering black dress from ModCloth hits at the waist with a sassy flare. Brand name is fervour. I’d say size small would fit a 2-4 in women’s sizing. 3/4 sleeves, bateau neckline and skirt hits right above the knee. Incredibly versatile and can be styled numerous ways. New without tags. Never been worn.
