Muted orange ruffle detailed neck New York & Company tank top/tunic. Soft light wait cotton. Very breathable. Wore in Florida in extreme humidity simply as a dress because I'm so short and it was very comfortable. The Ruffles aligned around the chest and waist line perfectly to show off curves and hide any unwanted areas.
