For sale is a Sequin Hearts formal dress in the color Navy in a size 11. I've only worn this dress once in a friend's wedding. It has built in padding in the top. I am 5'1 and this dress is rather long on me. I wore 2 inch heels in the wedding and still drug the floor on me. I think for someone 5'2-5'3 this would be the perfect length.
