mschnars19 @klothez the dress has a stretchy layer of fabric, followed by a layer of tulle and all sequins, then a sheer layer with the gold detailing on top. The dress sits high on the waist so hips are accounted for in the stretchy fabric. I have added a picture to the listing above for your reference. I hope his helps!
