arianaterman @glamgalfashion hi there, I am back and took some measurements for you and looked into the stains your seeing. Shoulder strap is 6.5” from top of shoulder. The bust area is 4.5-5” and about 15” width. The flows part is 20” wide. It runs a little on the smaller side. And they are not stains, it is in the velvet fabric and you see it when the light hits it. Hope this helps!
