Rue 21 overall style dress. Size medium. 100% rayon. Navy blue with all over bird design. Elastic waist at back. Straps are adjustable with buttons on the inside of the dress. Length of dress from top of chest to bottom hem is approximately 24”. Straps measure approximately 7” from top where it meets the square neck...that is the shortest length and can be adjusted to 2 longer settings. Waist is approximately 14”. I purchased this and removed the tags to wash it but never ended up wearing it.
