Velvet Floral Dress

You’ll love this dress for Valentines (or Galentines) Day outings - Deep maroon color + floral design - open back with tie closure that allows for adjusting the strap length - lines for warmth in cooler weather - 25 inch length This dress is new with tags. The straps came with some slight fraying on them. I’m not sure if that was part of the design or a malfunction in the fabric but wanted to give full disclosure.
