shells193 @bebegirl It’s brand new with the tags and been in a dust bag since I purchased it in the spring. It’s a cute purse but I never use it. jennnnna24 Hi. Just commenting because I’m confused you updated your rating and said my city lips was not authentic? 1) it came in its original packaging- which was sealed. And 2) I was a district manager for palm beach tan where we carried and sold that product. That item came DIRECTLY from the distributor and every other posher that I have sold it to has been completely satisfied.

jennnnna24 I’m just really confused/interested in why you don’t trust that it’s not authentic. And also upset considering it most definitely is and now I have a bad rating. If the item didn’t work for you and do what it’s supposed to do that’s another thing, and I’d be happy to send you another one. But please don’t leave false comments/accusations.

shells193 @jraetolle I don’t make false accusations and certainly don’t make it lightly. I wear City Lips every day for over 6 years. The tube itself is not theirs. It’s already coming apart. Their quality is much better than this

jennnnna24 @shells193 They have updated their packaging. I have the old city lips, I’ve worn the product for years as well. Seriously. I would never sell something non authentic and no one else has had an issue. So this is extremely upsetting. Because I promise and can assure you that they have updated and changed their packaging. If it’s not working for you I’ll send you another. But that product is 100000000% authentic.

shells193 @jraetolle I’m well aware of the change in packaging and that isn’t the issue. The problem is that this is a copy of that. The tube fell apart after less than a week of use. That’s never happened before with any of their products. It’s not helpful to keep going back and forth. This isn’t personal. It’s just business. People expect what they pay for

But I also want everyone to be happy with what they purchase and I don’t want you to think I sold you a false product.
