NEW black and blue v neck floral mini dress

NEW black and blue v neck floral mini dress. Worn once. Zipper on the side. Adjustable straps. Fits nicely. Cute with leather boots and a leather jacket, but can be dressed down too. One slight flaw (pictured) where the strap came apart, but I tied it really tight and it won’t come undone now.
