shoppity_shop @colleen2201 This is a Boutique item from the manufacturer. They only come with the size & care tag sewn in. They are made so that you can sew your own tag on the item and put your own hang tags on. I don’t normally put them on the items I sell online but I can put my hang tag on it if you want.

shoppity_shop @maxandcc2015 Hi. If she’s slim I think it will fit. If she’s thicker in the middle probably not. I have 1 granddaughter that wears 3T because she’s a tall little toothpick but could wear 2T otherwise and the others size up because they are chunky but that makes everything too long. So if she’s thin I think the length will be good.
