newlooks4you @ambjenkins hi, so the dress does have a stretch to it. These are the measurements for the 14. I took them flat and un-stretched. Armpit to armpit(bust) is 21 in. Waist is 18 in. Hips is 22 in. And length from shoulder to end is 39 in. Hope these measurements help!

newlooks4you @lezt1983 hi I updated the listing with the measurement, dress has stretch. The dress also has tags. Retail for the plus size one is 259 little more expensive then the regular sizes. Hope this helps!
