I have the light PINK hats left. When NOT stretched pink hat area is 7” wide & 7.5 long. Will easily stretch to 11” wide & 9” long. Puffballs are approx 3-4” to tips of hair. These measurements are laying flat. 3.5 yr old Child in pic has head approx 20” around where the hat naturally lays. 6 yr old is in pink wearing it and she has a 21” head where the edges of the hat lay around her head. (Same hat on both kids just different light angle)
