deborahsmyrl @brandyconley Hello. Good question. The difference is that the handles & piping will stay in hat color. Regular Speedy bags (as well as any Louis Vuitton bag with leather on them) turn darker over time. When you first purchase a Louis Vuitton bag it looks extremely light, just like the color of the paint on this bag. With time & sun exposure it tans & with too much sun exposure it can turn very dark to near black. So the paint will always help it to look new, basically.

deborahsmyrl @brandyconley And the paint is a specialized paint for leather so it’s made for this exact use. And I totally understand getting screwed. I bought a Louis Vuitton on eBay one time & when I got it I realized it was not an authentic LV. So frustrating! But fortunately, now I know the distinct difference between an authentic bag & a replica bag. So I completely understand your concern.

I used to get every bag authenticated but now I’ve been selling them so long I can tell the difference down to the number of stitches & other certain details that most people don’t even know about. deborahsmyrl @klillie74 Because I get them for a low price. I have proof of authenticity for all of my bags. Some gave the original receipt from the purchase at the Louis Vuitton store & some have a letter of authenticity. They all the Louis Vuitton date code stamp which proves their authenticity. The Wallets do you. Am I’m not the only Poshmark seller with low prices. I can give you names of others who have low prices too.
