amberrenee_co @lovingwhatis Hello, it depends on how you like to wear the ring. The band is very petite so you could still possibly wear a 7, and it be snug. A size 8 would be more forgiving and for comfort. I wear a size 7 in a standard band width and thickness, and I was able to wiggle into a size 6 with this ring. Hope this helps!
