NWT Betsey Johnson top

NWT never won button up top. There are five buttons up the top. It can be used as a cover up for a dress. It is all black with a shimmer to it. It looks sparkly. There is also a print to it , somewhat Zebra but all black. Not sure why the tag says P but it is a size small for sure. Super stretchy material. Perfect for a Christmas gift !
