Hi! The outside looks like a cloth material, rather than a water resistant shell— is it water resistant ?

@jazzyyyy95 hi, the outer shell is a heavy cotton - materials are all listed in the description. Not sure about water resistance though since there is leather trim...sorry I’m not more helpful!
