Vince Camuto Navy Pattern Halter Maxi Dress

This is a beautifully designed Maxi Dress with a Navy fabric halter neckline with cutout feature on chest that flows into a natural waistline flowy skirt with unique navy pattern. Midline zipper on back of dress that runs approximately to hips, with hook closure at top of zipper, shown in picture 6. Zipper is not visible when closed. Comes with sash to tie around waist if desired. In perfect condition (worn twice) For reference: I am 5'4" and wore with 3" heels, dress just dusted the floor.
