@glittermadness @myblueskydays I just got a return a mess! Obviously warn! Gave her over 20$ off! Says it didn’t fit! Then says she sent it? Then it was it was returned me I’m going to send now!! Almost two months! Now it’s garbage! And pm let it happen!!! I guess she needed it for an event or something!! I’m so sorry this happened to you as well!? The best part..said it was too small? I thought the rule was reposh it?? I told her I used standardized us measurements!

Seemed like a sweet girl! Didn’t return it! After a few I messaged her that she should at least say thank you for the free brand new suit I sent! I don’t get how they get away with this! Omg I could never hurt anyone!! For 20% you think we’d have more protection!! Sorry for my rant!

@1030831 We should be ok for refunds but Poshmark takes too long to investigate with situations like this. If the item hasn’t shipped you can’t cancel until the 7th day. If she shipped with false tracking or put something else in the package then it takes longer to resolve sometimes. Make sure your record yourself opening her package (if you get one) just incase she puts a fake palette or a different item. Scammers like this are unpredictable. I’ve had one put nothing in the package before.

@iristhelma Exactly! I opened a Pay P case because Poshmark has done ZERO about this. If that doesn’t cover me then, I’ll be opening a case with my bank. If Poshmark doesn’t do SOMETHING I’m going to report them to the BBB because that means Poshmark is just looking to keep that 20% money they made off of all of us.

@glittermadness it makes me not want to buy from here either unless it's from somebody I've purchased from a few times I just can't believe they let this go on as long as it did and I emailed them the same night that it was purchased and it took them seven days to get back to me which means it gave her the chance to ship it after I had already explained to them that it wasn't the item that I had purchased they don't care about their clientele anymore

I’m reporting Poshmark to the BBB for sure. I’m assuming because the scammer also lives in the same state as I do, she sent whatever it is she sent to her own P.O. Box. Poshmark can clearly see that and instead of giving P Pal my refund they gave them a tracking number that shows delivered. It clearly states it was delivered to a P.O. Box.
